The ABOVE BOARD program is a USG BORAL-wide initiative to measure customer satisfaction levels then take positive actions to continuously improve our service delivery. ABOVE BOARD has been specifically designed to help us achieve our commitment to you, our customers:

ABOVE BOARD is our way of including your voice in everything we do – to take on board your feedback and ensure we’re meeting your needs across all our service areas – honestly and effectively. When things go wrong, we want to fix it - because resolving your issues is and will always remain our priority and our promise.

And it all starts with you telling us like it is… via a short survey each month you transact with us. We’ll use this feedback to either fix any issue fast, or to identify changes we need to make anywhere across our organisation.
