Each year on 8th March, women around the world are celebrated across their various roles and industries in what we know of as International Women’s Day. As a global day for reflection on the advancements made towards gender equality, the WA Chapter of AIA will be hosting a lunch in support of the amazing women of the architecture and building industries.
USG Boral is proud to sponsor the lunch alongside Rondo at the HASSELL Studio in Perth on 6th March 2020, 12-2pm. Learn more here.
Participating in the day will be neuroscientist and 2015 West Australian of the year Lyn Beazley who will be presenting a keynote, followed by a panel discussion with guest speakers Sophie Giles, Kylee Schoonens and Deborah Binet.
Together, we will join AIA WA members in recognising milestones achieved in the industry thus far, as well as inspiring awareness and action towards improving the status and participation of women in the built environment.
